All Sales are Final
Due to the live and perishable nature of our plants, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been processed.
Arrived Damaged?
If your plant arrives with significant damage (beyond the minor cosmetic issues mentioned in our Terms of Service), you must contact us within 12 hours of the recorded delivery time.
• Documentation: Please include your order number and clear, high-resolution photos of the plant and the packaging.
• Timeframe: Issues reported after the 12-hour window will not be considered for review, as we cannot be responsible for the plant's health once it has been in a new environment for an extended period.
