Shipping Schedule

To ensure the health of your plants and prevent them from sitting in carrier warehouses over the weekend, we ship Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays only.

• Orders placed after Wednesday morning will typically be held for shipment the following Monday.

Weather Awareness 

It is the buyer’s responsibility to monitor the weather in their local area.

• Climate Control: If you are shipping to a region experiencing extreme heat or cold, you must add a heat pack or ice pack to your order.

• Assumption of Risk: Albo & Ash is not liable for plants damaged by extreme temperatures (heat exhaustion or frostbite) if the appropriate climate-control packs were not purchased.

Shipping & Insurance Disclaimer

Once a package is scanned by the carrier, the transit process is entirely out of our control.

• Carrier Issues: We are not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or physical damage caused by the mail service's handling.

• Insurance: We highly recommend purchasing additional shipping insurance for high-value orders. In the event of a lost or severely damaged package, the buyer is responsible for filing a claim directly with the shipping carrier.
