All Sales are Final

By completing a purchase with Albo & Ash, you acknowledge that all sales are final. Due to the live, perishable, and unique nature of our inventory, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any reason other than the specific damage claims outlined in our Return Policy.

Acclimation & Care Requirements

At Albo & Ash, we take pride in the quality of our specimens. Our plants are grown and acclimated in professional-grade environments with a minimum of 70% humidity and high-intensity lighting.

• Immediate Care: Your plant may experience minor stress from shipping. To ensure its continued health, we strongly recommend maintaining these high-humidity and high-light conditions as the plant adjusts to its new environment.

• Responsibility: We are not responsible for the decline of a plant due to improper acclimation, "rehab" attempts (such as immediate repotting or chopping), or care once it has arrived.

Cosmetic Clause

Shipping is stressful for live plants. Please understand that minor cosmetic damage—such as a small tear in a leaf, a bent stem, or minor yellowing—is a natural risk of the shipping process. These minor issues do not affect the overall health of the plant and do not qualify for a replacement or credit.

Variegation Disclaimer

For variegated specimens (such as Monstera Thai Constellation or Albo), please understand that variegation is a natural, biological process. While we sell high-quality plants with established genetics, Albo & Ash cannot guarantee the amount of variegation in future leaves or the stability of variegation over time.

Order Accuracy & Address Responsibility

The buyer is responsible for providing a correct and secure shipping address. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer or for packages stolen after a confirmed delivery.

Right to Refuse Service

Albo & Ash reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or ban users who engage in fraudulent claims, harassment, or "chargeback" threats.
